To Your Health ...
We believe good health
is our human birthright. Thus we strive to teach each individual how to live in
harmony with nature and with the laws of human physiology. We want our students
to understand these simple truths:
For all but a few of
us, good health is an outcome we can choose.
The shocking increase we see today in cancer, diabetes, obesity, coronary heart
disease, arthritis, stroke, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, and
dozens of other autoimmune diseases parallels changes in diet, water & air
quality, habitat, lifestyle, physical activity, relationships, ecology, and
ethics within our culture. |
Most illness can be reversed if we understand—and
choose to respect—our human physiological limitations. |
As we age, it is NOT inevitable that we will suffer from:
Pain, |
Loss of mental clarity, |
Ever declining flexibility, |
Loss of mobility. |
Obesity, |
Emotional instability, |
Degenerative illness, |
Poor eyesight or hearing, or |
A weakened or malfunctioning immune system. |
Each of us is unique, and thus each individual's path to good health is
different |
When we delegate responsibility for our health to a person or organization with
a vested economic interest in our illness, we are likely to get only symptomatic
relief (but no cure). |
To realize maximum health, each individual must take full responsibility for his
or her own healing. |
In short, we work to
help our students live healthy, vital, and joyful lives.

What We
Do
We share the wisdom we
have learned from the teachings of:
Macrobiotics: Eating
and living in balance with natural laws
Bau-biologie: Building
biology and affect on health of inhabitants
Sustainable Building:
Environmentally sound & non-toxic materials and methods
Vastu Science:
Intentional home, office, and landscape design to support health, prosperity & happiness
Permaculture:
Sustainable agriculture for a sustainable culture
And more ...
We strive to empower
individuals to make intentional changes in daily living in order to prevent or
reverse degenerative illness and to maximize the length and quality of all
aspects of life: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Activities
We offer a series of lectures and seminars throughout the
United States and the Caribbean.
For deeper learning, we are working to build residential schools set in
self-supporting eco-villages: one in Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies and one in Austin, Texas
where our students can "live their way to a new way of thinking."
